Uninhibited is a 5.5-month small-group coaching experience created specifically for Enneagram Type 6s.
It runs from March through August 2026. Here's what you can expect by the end:Â

What You'll Learn to do over the course of this container, you'll build four core skills essential for Enneagram 6 growth:

- Self-Awareness Not hypervigilance — clarity. You'll learn to notice your patterns without attacking yourself for them. Have you ever learned you do something and felt bad about it? That's part of the pattern!
- Internal Authority You'll learn to honor your own authority as much as external authority. You'll learn how to listen to yourself — and trust what you hear.
- Nervous System Regulation Not "calm down." Not "be positive." Actual physiological tools that help your body feel safe enough to change.
- Conscious Thought Rewiring Not forcing new thoughts. But understanding how beliefs, emotions, and physiology shape your experience — and learning how to intervene skillfully.
What This Journey Looks Like (Month by Month)
Uninhibited is intentionally paced. Not rushed. Not content-heavy. Not overwhelming.
This program is designed for the Six nervous system — meaning we start with safety, build capacity, and then support real-life application.
Here's how the journey unfolds:
Foundation & Framework (March)
We begin by slowing everything down.
Before you can change anything, you need to understand what’s actually happening — in your mind and in your body. This month is about building awareness, shared language, and a felt sense of safety so your system can actually receive the work ahead.
This month includes an extra call to set the stage. We’ll cover:
- How to receive coaching effectively
- What to expect from the calls and the container
- Creating a shared language and framework
- Building a somatic foundation so your nervous system can feel safe enough to change
You’ll explore:
- The Type 6 pattern: Passion + Fixation = Doubt
- Your personal protective patterns
- How to shift physiology before psychology
- How to anchor and signal safety to your system
This month blends learning with resourcing.
We get sturdier first.
Belief Work Deep Dive (April)Â
Uncovering What's Really Running the Show
By now, we've slowed things down enough to start seeing clearly. This month focuses on the belief systems that quietly shape your thoughts, reactions, and decisions — often without your awareness…or permission!
You'll learn:
- How unconscious beliefs shape your daily experience, how the doubt problem is showing up for you
- Why thoughts are reflections of deeper belief structures and feelings
- Practical tools for examining and shifting beliefs
- How to integrate belief work with somatic practices
This isn't mindset work. It's deep pattern work.
Internal Voice Development (May)
Cultivating Your Reliable Inner Authority - This is such critical work. It's often the missing piece in programs that teach nervous system work.
Instead of constantly locating authority outside yourself, you start learning how to trust what's happening inside you and create more balance with internal and external authority.
This month focuses on:
- Balancing finding ourselves outside of ourselves to inside ourselves
- Building trust in your own knowing
- Making decisions from internal authority and supporting yourself outside of outcome
This is where self-trust becomes experiential — not conceptual.
Conscious Responding + Practice Development (June)
Responding Instead of Reacting
This is where the work becomes very real. Instead of defaulting to old patterns, you'll learn how to pause, notice, and choose.
This month focuses on:
- Recognizing unconscious patterns in real time
- Creating space between trigger and response
- Building consistent practices for self-loyalty
- Creating sustainable practices/rituals that honor effort over outcome
This is where your life starts to feel different — not because you're trying harder, but because you're responding differently.
 Action & Integration Only (July)
Living It (No New Information) - This month is intentionally different. There is no new teaching. No new frameworks. No new concepts.
This month is about:
- Real-time application
- Troubleshooting what's not working
- Deepening your practices
- Making the changes sustainable
- Celebrating growth and building forward momentum
This is where insight becomes lived experience.
Final Integration (August – 2 weeks)
Graduation & Future Visioning - We integrate all you have done into what's next for you.
This final phase focuses on:
- Reflecting on how far you've come
- Naming what's changed
- Creating your post-program support structure
You won’t leave Uninhibited wondering what’s next.
You’ll leave with a plan — built from self-trust, not fear.
How Uninhibited Is Structured
Uninhibited is intentionally designed for the Enneagram 6 nervous system.
That means consistency over intensity, support over pressure, and real-life integration over overwhelm.
Weekly Coaching + Practice Support
- 3 live group coaching calls per month on Wednesdays at 11:00am CST
- 1 additional live group coaching call per month on Wednesdays at 3:00pm CST
- Small, steady container of no more than 30 people
- Live coaching, practical guidance, and integration support
Calls are not lectures.
They’re spaces to slow down, notice patterns in real time, and learn how to support yourself differently as life is actually happening.
You don’t need to show up perfectly.
You just need to show up as you are.
Launch Month: Setting the Foundation
The first month of Uninhibited includes an additional welcome and orientation session.
This isn’t extra content.
It’s extra safety and clarity.
We use this time to make sure you understand:
- How to receive coaching in a way that actually helps you
- How calls are structured and what they’re for
- What’s expected of you (and what is not)
- What you can expect from me
- How to apply this work to your real life, not an ideal version of it
Sixes do best when expectations are clear and pressure is low.
This month is about getting grounded — not getting ahead.
